About us
Adverbage Ltd. was started in 2000 as a writing agency by my wife and business partner. It incorporated my translation business starting in 2002.
My name is Giovanni Giusti. I spent over 15 years managing small businesses.
Just after college I started a publishing house. The idea was good but the execution was poor, and I learned quite a few hard lessons.
Hard pressed for wages, I joined a small TV, technology and multimedia company as marketing manager and general assistant and sounding board to its maverick owner. Within this company I helped create the business plan that would become a dotcom in 1998.
By 2002 the whole "dotcom" era had come down with a big crash, and I started the translation agency that is still thriving today.
In this time I can say that I learned how to run one's own business. Now I am ready to share this expertise.
